Purpose and boundaries
Terms of Use
1. Purpose and access
CLIPOPS is an internal application for the project owner's Zyvrix media operation. Its primary business direction is paid clipping assignments and campaigns, currently focused on gaming. Supplementary work may use public esports recordings only under documented licence terms, rights-holder rules or specific permission. Original production from owned, licensed or generated materials is also within the intended business scope; a complete autonomous brief-to-content workflow is not claimed as implemented. The documented production path prepares short-form content from supplied authorized video and provides a controlled YouTube integration. Current application use is limited to Bohuslav Horký for his own business operation and authorized accounts; this does not restrict the business to media he personally owns. It is not currently offered to other users. This website does not offer public registration, paid subscriptions or a hosted editing service.
CLIPOPS is operated by Bohuslav Horký under the Zyvrix brand, from the Czech Republic. Bohuslav Horký is a natural person; Zyvrix is not a separate legal entity. Contact: clip.ops11@gmail.com. This informational website uses static Cloudflare Pages hosting, with website domain zyvrixmedia.com and Pages address zyvrixmedia.pages.dev. Web Analytics is not enabled, and the operator adds no analytics, cookies, forms, login or embedded media. Cloudflare still processes technical traffic data to deliver and protect the site, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. Your content and authority
Use only source material, accounts and destinations you are authorized to use. Permission must cover the intended processing, editing and publication, including relevant audio and third-party material. A publicly accessible URL does not itself authorize acquisition, downloading, editing, republication or commercial use, including for esports broadcasts.
Permissions should be documented for the specific source or campaign, including permitted acquisition and transformations, destinations, commercial use, duration and any attribution or other restrictions. Further clips may rely on that permission while they remain within its valid scope. A new manual authorization for every clip is not inherently required; obtain it where the licence, campaign, rights holder or applicable platform conditions require it. This is a scope rule, not a claim that every check is automated, and does not waive publishing or personal-data requirements. All existing historical test media and their derivatives remain excluded from production reuse and public publication, including temporary publication followed by deletion. They may contain other people's gaming nicknames, usernames or voices without a separately documented basis for processing those people's data. Their non-public test classification is not production authorization or evidence of a lawful production processing regime.
New external sources: before production use, document the basis for the specific intended use and, where identifiable people are involved, the applicable basis and scope for processing their data, including derived text and any external AI processing. Do not infer this automatically from a licence, public availability or a campaign brief. Missing or unclear evidence prevents production use and publishing. This is an operating requirement; these terms do not claim that a new automated check has been implemented.
Do not use CLIPOPS to infringe rights, impersonate people deceptively, evade platform restrictions, upload unlawful content or bypass its checks. These terms do not transfer ownership of supplied content to CLIPOPS or Zyvrix.
3. Automation and review
Transcription, segment selection, framing, captions and AI-assisted review can make mistakes. Scores and moderation signals are not guarantees of accuracy, legal clearance or platform acceptance. Unresolved quality, rights, safety or account checks can block a clip.
Remote text review and separately approved moderation can involve external services, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not provide personal or confidential material without authority for the processing involved.
4. YouTube and publishing control
CLIPOPS uses YouTube API Services. By using CLIPOPS's YouTube integration, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The local draft editor allows review of the destination channel and editing of title, description and requested visibility. Saving a draft does not upload it. Private is the safe default; public or unlisted delivery requires the relevant authorization and platform readiness in addition to the normal publishing checks.
Publishing remains disabled in the currently documented deployment. No live upload, public availability or platform approval is promised. There is no general autonomous video-deletion feature. This website does not grant publishing permission.
5. Account access and stopping use
Authorize accounts through Google's own flow. Keep account credentials private. You may revoke CLIPOPS access using Google Account security settings. Revocation and deletion of local data are different actions; see data requests and account disconnection.
The operator can keep delivery disabled and withhold publishing authorization. Scoped local file retention is active. Separate operator tools for account disconnection and removal of API records and identified audit and workflow copies are installed, but their destructive execution is not automatically enabled. Complete removal also requires handling the affected backup and repository copies and preserving a recovery record so restored data is not returned to use. Those operating conditions remain incomplete. Removing CLIPOPS-held data does not delete a video from YouTube.
6. Availability and changes
CLIPOPS is under development. Local hardware, external providers and platform decisions affect availability. No uptime, revenue, audience growth or publishing outcome is guaranteed by these terms. Planned platform integrations are not current services.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes should be reflected in the published terms and their revision date. These terms take effect on the effective date shown above.
